Our Flagship Beers

Warrior 2.0 IPA

Named after the local school mascot, Warrior 2.0 is a modern, juicy take on America’s favorite craft beer. This pale yellow IPA smacks you in the face with an aroma of grapefruit, peach, mango, and a dank resinous pine.

Ellie's Blonde Ale

Crisp and crushable, this straw-colored ale is a subtle dance of American malts and hops.

Dark Mild

This traditional English-style ale showcases a bready, slightly nutty malt profile perfectly balanced by a kiss of East Kent Goldings hops.

Our Rotating/Seasonal Beers

current taproom rotating beers will vary

Warrior Mindset Double IPA:
A modern, juicy take on Americas favorite craft beer style, this pale yellow IPA smacks you in the face with an aroma of grapefruit, peach, mango, and a dank, resinous pine. The flavor is more grapefruit and tropical fruit, resinous pine, with a spicy, peppery complexity that gives way to a dry, long, juicy finish. Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Comet, Centennial, Cascade, Summit, Tomahawk.

Mt. Stuart Stout:
A full-bodied, dark, roasted, American-style oatmeal stout that presents as jet black with some slight reddish hues around the edges. Named after the second highest non-volcanic mountain in Washington, Mt. Stuart Stout has an aroma of dark-roasted coffee, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate. Flavors of dark toast, dried fig and chocolate-covered cherries give way to a pleasantly sweet, lasting finish.

Cooper Lake IPA:
The Cooper Lake IPA is a lighter and crisper IPA than our popular full bodied, hop explosive Warrior 2.0. Packed with Centennial hops, the Cooper Lake IPA releases pleasant floral and citrus aromas perfect for a easy drinking spring afternoon.

Liberty Golden Ale:
Like the gold nuggets discovered in the late 1800s by the settlers of Liberty, WA, this full-bodied ale is a gem. Liberty Golden presents with an aroma of light biscuit and notes of orange peel. It has a light, malt flavor backed up by a slight, piney hop character, that finishes with a pleasing floral sweetness.

Burnt Foot Brown Ale:
One of M & E’s original recipes, the Burnt Foot Brown continues to be a customer favorite. Named after a little brewing incident, the Burnt Foot Brown is a dark, full-bodied English style brown ale. With aromas of caramel and coffee backed up by flavors of dried fig, raisin, and chocolate, the smooth body makes this beer seem larger than it is.

Prusik Vanilla & Coconut Porter:
Named after the popular climbing peak of the Stuart Range, this is a traditional English-style porter modeled after the easy drinking dark ales of the 1800s. However, we added roasted coconut and vanilla to give it a modern twist and a slightly sweeter profile for the changing of the season.

Amber Ale:
An American-style Amber with British roots, this brick red beer has an enticing aroma of dark caramel, fig, and notes of pine. The flavor is more caramel and dried fruit, backed up with a bready maltiness that is complimented by a spicy, slightly citrusy hop character. The smooth body gives way to a slightly dry, clean finish.

Saison:
A light yellow-gold summery beer, the nose is dominated by fresh pepper, lemon, and oak. This dry, drinkable beer has flavors that echo the aroma, with a peppery, slightly lemon tartness complimented by oak and hints of the wine barrel it was fermented in.

Session IPA:
Our first Session IPA is just in time for the warmer weather around the corner. This IPA has a moderate amount of bitterness for our dedicated IPA drinker thanks to additions of Cascade, Centennial, Comet, Chinook and CTZ. The bitterness is rounded out with a generous dry hop addition of Citra to give a zesty grapefruit and orange finish. It’s slightly lower in alcohol making it perfect for a warm spring afternoon.

Holiday Ale:
This ale will warm you with a ginger and brown butter flavor and will finish with flavors of orange zest, cinnamon and spice. A true winter warmer, it was born from our goal to brew a festive ale with all flavor organizing from the malts, hops and yeast without adding the typical holiday flavor compounds. Cheers, and be merry!

Back Country Bitter:
A British Bitter in every right and packed with generous amounts of caramel 60 and 120 malts along with the requisite English hops. Don’t let the name full you, this beer is light on bitters and big on roasted caramel goodness.

Burton Ale:
Named after the small town in England where the beer was founded during the 16th Century. The Burton Ale is an old English strong ale, amber in color with a sweet finish. Chocolate wheat, Crystal 120, and Crystal 60 are some of the malts that anchor this ale with a small amount of CTZ and Mt. Hood hops added.

Coal Miner's Kolsch:
This light in color and malty beer is brewed in a Kolsch style from mainly pilsner malts. A refreshing beer to be enjoyed on a hot summer day or when something lighter is wanted.

Diamond Head IPA:
Modeled after a traditional London IPA, this one is not from around here. Roasted caramel malts dominate the first flavors of this IPA followed by subtle bitters and a slightly sweet, fruity finish. All English hops were used to include Challenger, Fuggles, and East Kent Goldings.

Scotch Ale:
Often referred to as a "Wee Heavy",Scotch ales can run the gamut on alcohol levels; however they all share the rosted malty richness along with caramel flavors and aromas. This ale is no different and has been brewed with English-style grains and hops and most importantly, Scottish ale yeast. A slight bitterness may be present, though the strong caramel flavors will dominate the pallet.

Peoh Point Pale Ale:
Sitting at 5.2% ABV, it’s a NW Pale Ale with a twist. Classic hops such as CTZ, Chinook, Cascade, Mt. Hood and Citra bring out a subtle bitterness while additions of English style malts give this Pale Ale a hint of roasted caramel and biscuits.
