Ellie's Blonde Ale
Light and refreshing, this straw-colored ale offers a crisp, easy-drinking experience with a delicate balance of American malts and hops—perfect for any adventure.
Dark Mild
A traditional English-style ale with rich, bready malt notes and a subtle nuttiness, beautifully balanced by a gentle touch of East Kent Goldings hops.

Warrior Mindset Double IPA
A bold, juicy evolution of America’s favorite craft style. This pale yellow IPA bursts with grapefruit, peach, mango, and dank resinous pine aromas. On the palate, expect bright grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors with a spicy, peppery complexity that leads to a dry, long, juicy finish. Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Comet, Centennial, Cascade, Summit, Tomahawk.
Mt. Stuart Stout
Named after Washington’s second highest non-volcanic peak, this full-bodied oatmeal stout is jet black with subtle reddish hues. Aromas of dark-roasted coffee, cocoa powder, and bittersweet chocolate invite you in, followed by flavors of dark toast, dried fig, and chocolate-covered cherries, finishing sweet and smooth.
Cooper Lake IPA
A lighter, crisper IPA than our flagship Warrior 2.0, Cooper Lake IPA is packed with Centennial hops delivering floral and citrus aromas—perfect for easy drinking on a spring afternoon.
Liberty Golden Ale
Like the gold nuggets discovered by settlers in Liberty, WA, this full-bodied ale is a true gem. Aromas of light biscuit and orange peel lead to a light malt flavor balanced by a subtle piney hop character and a floral, sweet finish.
Burnt Foot Brown Ale
One of Mule & Elk’s original recipes and a longtime favorite. Named after a little brewing mishap, this English-style brown ale is dark and full-bodied with aromas of caramel and coffee. Flavors of dried fig, raisin, and chocolate round out a smooth, satisfying body.
Prusik Vanilla & Coconut Porter
Inspired by the iconic Stuart Range climbing peak, this traditional English-style porter adds roasted coconut and vanilla for a modern, slightly sweet twist on a classic dark ale—perfect for seasonal sipping.
Amber Ale
An American-style amber with British roots, this brick-red beer offers aromas of dark caramel, fig, and pine. The flavor balances caramel and dried fruit with bready maltiness and a spicy, citrusy hop character. The smooth body finishes slightly dry and clean.
Saison
Light yellow-gold and summery, this saison features aromas of fresh pepper, lemon, and oak. Dry and highly drinkable, its flavors mirror the nose with peppery, lemony tartness complemented by oak and subtle wine barrel notes.
Session IPA
Our first session IPA arrives just in time for warmer days. Featuring moderate bitterness from Cascade, Centennial, Comet, Chinook, and CTZ hops, it’s balanced with a generous Citra dry hop for zesty grapefruit and orange notes. Lower in alcohol, it’s perfect for a warm spring afternoon.
Holiday Ale
A festive winter warmer with ginger and brown butter flavors, finishing with bright notes of orange zest, cinnamon, and spice. Brewed to balance malt, hops, and yeast without relying on typical holiday flavorings—cheers and be merry!
Back Country Bitter
A true British Bitter featuring rich caramel malts (60 and 120) and traditional English hops. Don’t be fooled by the name—this beer is light on bitterness and big on roasted caramel goodness.
Burton Ale
Named after its English hometown, this old English strong ale is amber-colored with a sweet finish. Malted with chocolate wheat and Crystal malts, it’s balanced by CTZ and Mt. Hood hops for a classic taste.
Coal Miner’s Kölsch
Light, malty, and brewed in the Kölsch style using mostly pilsner malts. This refreshing beer is perfect for hot summer days or whenever you want something lighter.
Diamond Head IPA
Modeled after a traditional London IPA, this beer opens with roasted caramel malt flavors followed by subtle bitterness and a slightly sweet, fruity finish. English hops include Challenger, Fuggles, and East Kent Goldings.
Scotch Ale
Often called a “Wee Heavy,” this Scotch Ale delivers rich roasted malt and caramel flavors with English-style grains, hops, and Scottish ale yeast. A slight bitterness may appear, but the dominant profile is deep caramel richness.
Peoh Point Pale Ale
At 5.2% ABV, this Northwest Pale Ale blends classic hops—CTZ, Chinook, Cascade, Mt. Hood, and Citra—with English malts for a subtle bitterness and hints of roasted caramel and biscuits.
